The Space:

The apartment features a cosy bedroom with a double bed, ideal for couples or solo travellers. The spacious living room, which opens onto a terrace, is perfect for relaxing and enjoying some downtime. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dining area, allowing you to prepare your meals in comfort. The bathroom, complete with all amenities, ensures a pleasant stay. For added convenience, the apartment features a lift, air conditioning, free Wi-Fi and a TV.



Guest Access:

Enjoy full and exclusive use of the entire flat, which includes a bedroom with a double bed, a fully equipped kitchen and a private bathroom. The flat also features a patio/balcony and a garden where you can relax.



The Neighborhood:

Located on Rua do Paraíso, this apartment enjoys a prime location in the heart of Porto. Just a short walk away, you’ll find the imposing Lapa Church, a historic landmark housing the heart of King Pedro IV. Faria Guimarães metro station is just 200 metres away, providing quick access to the whole city. A short 900-metre walk takes you to the vibrant Avenida dos Aliados and Rua Santa Catarina, brimming with shops and restaurants. Explore the picturesque Ribeira, within easy reach, and enjoy the stunning views of the River Douro and Cais de Gaia. In the immediate vicinity, there is a variety of cafés, restaurants and shops to suit all tastes. For a day at the beach, the beaches of Foz do Douro are just 7 km away.



Getting Around:

To make your arrival and departure easier, we offer a transfer service (please contact us for prices). The apartment is conveniently located near various public transport options. For those arriving by plane, Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport (OPO) is a short drive or public transport journey away. Details of timetables and routes can be provided on request. Paid parking is available nearby.



Other Things to Note:

In order to make Porto more attractive, the municipal tourism tax has been implemented. The fee of €3.00 included in the price of the stay applies to guests over 13 years old. It is charged per person and per night, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights (conditions subject to change by local legislation at the time of booking and/or check-in).



There is a zero tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g. smell of smoke, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum charge of 200 euros will be applied for smoking.



Note that an unauthorized stay the check-out time, my result in an extra charge (10% of the daily rate, per hour, up to one day).



If you lose your key, you will be charged a fee (on request). If you leave your keys inside the apartment and need our staff to open the door, there will be a charge of €40 after 7pm. If the key is forgotten in the door lock (technical intervention required) - cost on request.



For bookings of 28 nights or more, we have a limit of €150 for water, electricity and the internet/television package. If this amount is exceeded, the excess will be paid by the guest.



The tenant undertakes, whenever requested by the host, to allow a member of the host's staff to enter the property to inspect it, and monthly visits are expected for this purpose.
