The living area offers a cosy sofa perfect for relaxing, a TV to enjoy your favourite shows and a dining table for comfortable meals. Multiple windows let in plenty of natural light, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere throughout the space.

The kitchenette is fully equipped with all the essentials you need to prepare tasty meals, including an electric hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine, and various cooking utensils and cutlery for your convenience.

The bedroom is a comfortable and welcoming space, furnished with a double bed dressed in hotel-quality linens to ensure a restful night’s sleep.

The bathroom is stocked with everything you need to refresh yourself, including towels and complimentary toiletries.
Kindly note that the shower cabin is on the smaller side, and we recommend taking this into account for your comfort.

For your peace of mind, the apartment is professionally cleaned before every stay.

Located on the 3rd floor, the building has an elevator for easy access.

The city of Porto, one of the city the most famous of Portugal, is known for all of its stately bridges and port wine production. The medieval Ribeira district is located in Porto on the riverside, there are plenty merchants houses and cafes. The São Francisco Church is a beautiful monument with an historical past. The Bolsa Palace (built in the 19th century) is located in the historical centre of Porto.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we will provide basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products, and a bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
