The bright and tranquil bedroom includes a double bed fitted with hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort, along with access to a private balcony with seating—ideal for lounging and relaxing in the fresh air.
The bathroom provides all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries to ensure a pleasant and stress-free stay.

It is well-served by public transportation, including buses and nearby metro stations, making commuting to other parts of Porto easy. Its central location makes significant attractions, business districts, and cultural sites easily accessible.
The street has various shops, boutiques, cafes, and restaurants. Whether you are looking for daily necessities, unique gifts, or a place to enjoy a meal, you will find numerous options here. The presence of supermarkets, bakeries, pharmacies, and other essential services ensures that residents have everything they need within walking distance.
The area is also close to several parks and green spaces, providing residents with places to relax, exercise, and enjoy the outdoors.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.
Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.
For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
