Centrally located to enjoy all the city has to offer! This apartment can sleep up to 6 people comfortably.

Free Wifi is available in all areas of the apartment.
Towels and bed Linen are provided for your stay.

The Porto Concierge service available 24/7 for your convenience.



Note: There are some constructions work going on the side building during the day!

Guests have access to the entire property.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

The narrow, cobbled streets of Ribeira are dotted with small bars and eateries serving classic Portuguese fare like grilled sardines. Colourful 18th-century houses surround Ribeira Square, here you can enjoy the magnificent landscape of Vila Nova de Gaia, stroll along the riverside, and even take a boat ride over the bridges.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest bus stop, Miragaia, is just a 2-minute walk.

Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is a 26-minute drive from the property.

This is a self check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 EUR smoking fee, at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€ included.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay)
Extra cleaning with linen: price of a cleaning fee
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax i.e when sofa bed is not included)

Great location - we went down to the river nearly every night to wander around, and it is also walkable to most tourist destinations. Clean flat, and easy to follow directions to get in. Would stay again! Thank you!
