I had an absolutely phenomenal stay at this hotel! The location couldn’t be more perfect — right on Rua Santa Catarina, one of the best and most vibrant streets in the city. Everything was within walking distance: amazing shops, great restaurants, and all the main attractions. The apartment itself was incredible — beautifully designed, spotless, and full of charm. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. The room was comfortable, quiet, and well-equipped, offering the perfect mix of modern comfort and local character. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the city — it truly exceeded all my expectations!

I had an absolutely incredible stay at this apartment overlooking the iconic Rua de Santa Catarina. The view alone is worth the visit — vibrant, lively, and full of the authentic charm that makes Porto so special. Waking up to the bustling street below and watching the city come to life from the comfort of the apartment was truly unforgettable. The apartment itself is just as impressive. Beautifully decorated, spotless, and equipped with everything you could possibly need, it manages to feel both stylish and cozy at the same time. The attention to detail is evident in every corner, making it a perfect home away from home. The location couldn’t be better — right in the heart of Porto, surrounded by shops, cafés, and historic landmarks. Despite being in such a central area, the apartment feels peaceful and relaxing once you step inside. Overall, this was one of the best stays I’ve ever had. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking to experience Porto in comfort, style, and with a phenomenal view. I can’t wait to come back!

Exceptional Stay in the Perfect Location! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 My stay at this apartment was simply outstanding! From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The location is unbeatable — right in the heart of Rua Santa Catarina, surrounded by shops, cafés, and the best that the city has to offer. It’s the perfect base for exploring everything on foot. The apartement itself is stunning — modern yet cozy, with great attention to detail. The staff were warm, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. My apartment was spacious, beautifully clean, and very comfortable, with everything I could possibly need for a relaxing stay. I can’t recommend this place enough — it truly made my trip unforgettable. I’ll definitely be returning on my next visit!

Whatever you do, do not book this place!

The owner was supposed to meet us and check us in at 15.00 but didn't show up until 21.10 to check us in with one towel for each person, by then it was too late for my daughter and I to shower because we were too tired. In the morning we discovered that the shower drain is not working properly, and I texted the company at 9.30 am, got a message back that they would fix it asap, but nothing happened for the whole time we were there (3 nights). I even sent pics of the dirty shower because the dirt came up from the clogged drain and no one helped us. I was texting them so many times to get it fixed and even contacted hotels.com who tried to call the company but mo luck for them either. Finally on the last night I wrote that I'll write a bad review the company answered back and took NO accountability. The neighbors who booked with the same company had the same problem but with a clogged sink. Unprofessional and rude owner who won't take accountability. Do not book here. The pics don't reflect the apartment

Le bien : Appartement bien situé avec minimum d’équipement satisfaisant. Le décevant : voyageant avec ma fille, j’avais choisi cet appartement car doté d’un lit et d’un sofa lit. Il n’y avait pas de sofa en arrivant. Nous l’avons demandé dès notre arrivée. Sans réponse de ON Appartment Findmeinporto, nous avons dû relancer le lendemain matin, en signalant par ailleurs que le Wifi ne fonctionnait pas. On nous a répondu que tout serait solutionné dans la journée. Nous avons téléphoné en fin de journée et on nous a éconduit assez sèchement. À noter que la propreté laisse à désirer et que l’écoulement de la douche est faible. Résultat : 2 nuits inconfortables. Et une énorme déception quant à nos rapports avec l’agence. Je serai reconnaissant à Hôtel.com de nous obtenir un dédommagement. Ci joint photo et échanges par WhatsApp.
