Allison at the front desk was amazing. She was very responsive, knowledgeable and very welcoming. The place itself was clean, comfortable and central to everything. I would definitely recommend it and would stay here again.

This property is directly across from the mall in the middle of everything. It was still quiet!!! The room was very clean. The only drawback was the tiny, tiny bathroom.

Room was clean and modern. Single person handling remote checkins for both hotels was friendly and responsive. Location is right in the middle of downtown and near subway. Room was a bit cramped for 2 people with large suit cases. Had to climb long flight of stairs with heavy suit cases. Shower did not have hot water only got to mildly warm in our room. Breakfast was good selection but there were limited time and availability (had to schedule your time slot).

Fabulous stay.

We had a double room with a Juliet balcony overlooking the pedestrianised street. Bustling during the day, quiet at night. Room was lovely, breakfast was ample and tasty. Note that dining space is limited, and you need to pick a breakfast time in advance. We always got the time we wanted, but at busier times of year this might be an issue. Checkin and any queries were dealt with by WhatsApp messages to reception at FLH Suites (just up the street) and they were really quick and helpful with responses. Yes, the bathroom was small, but shower was a reasonable size; the main problem with it was the small sink that was in a tight corner. Note that everything is on the first floor or above, so not easily accessible for people with mobility issues. Hotel is within easy walking distance of many tourist spots and very close to metro station. We had a lovely stay and would recommend.

Very good

The property itself is very good. Excellent location. We arrived earlier and had to visit another place of FLH chain (not far from the other FHL) to leave or suitcase and for the check in. Same procedure applies when leaving if we wish to leave the suitcase for some extra hours. The room is very good, except the fact that there was not hanger in the bathroom. Our room was next to the breakfast area which could be noisy sometimes. Overall, we like our stay.

Posizione perfetta sulla via principale, pieno di caffetterie e ristorantini tutto raggiungibile a piedi, vicinissimo al mercato di bolhao e a pochi minuti a piedi dalla stazione di trinidade. Personale gentile, colazione onesta camera pulita, solo il bagno un po’ piccolo per il resto super consigliato per un soggiorno a Porto!
