Before booking, please note:

Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment (minimum fee of €250 if there is evidence such as smell, ashes, cigarette butts).

Online registration: guest data must be registered independently through our own platform before arrival

Check-in: autonomous with digital lock and/or access keys.

Access codes: provided on the day of check-in, after the apartment is ready and the online registration is correctly completed.

Number of guests: Confirm that the number of guests is correct on the reservation. Changes must be made before check-in. Exceeding the indicated number may result in additional fees or refusal of stay.

Stays >20 nights: A fair use policy of €90 for water and electricity applies; extra will be charged. Initial and final readings will be recorded.
