The apartment is in an excellent location, just a 1–15 minute walk from all the major tourist attractions. It was very clean, well maintained, and a comfortable size for our stay (2 adults). Communication with the apartment management was smooth, especially via WhatsApp rather than through Expedia. They also kindly allowed us to drop off our luggage a few hours before check-in, which was greatly appreciated and made our arrival much easier.

Location is excellent and central to all sightseeing locations. The apartment has been remodeled and is equipped with all necessary items. Bedroom air conditioning and a fully equipped kitchen were greatly appreciated. Owner of the complex is available to assist with questions and demonstrates pride in the complex. We will stay here if we return to Porto and will glowingly recommend to others. Be aware, like other older properties in Porto, the building does not have an elevator. This one is from the 1500’s.

This is a beautiful apartment building with all the needed amenities. The breakfast provided was also a special treat. The check-in was not completely smooth- part of it was my misunderstanding- but as we arrived early there was a new employee in the shop which serves as the reception area and she wasn’t sure what to do with our luggage. She was extremely nice and tried to help us, and we ended up leaving our luggage with her which was fine. The bed and living arrangements were very comfortable. We were on the street side lower level which was louder than expected as in the middle of the night cars frequently used the street. I would recommend requesting an apartment on the back side or perhaps on a higher floor. On the flip side, the location was perfect for accessing the water, restaurants, and various sites.

We stayed in a fifth-floor apartment as a family of four, and the entire floor was ours. There was even an attic space, which the kids absolutely loved. It was the perfect place to enjoy the best views of Porto together as a family.

Porto paradise

This was the cutest Porto apartment and we could not have asked for a better stay. It’s in a centuries old building that has been remodeled. The views from the balcony were unreal. The unit is fully stocked. The breakfast items provided were a nice welcome. I would 100 percent recommend staying here.

Beautiful renovated old building. Noisy on a busy traffic street. Spacious living/dining area. Bedroom does not face street, instead a public stairway. For any privacy the curtains must be closed. Bathroom needs updating, including a non-obscured window facing public stairway.

Terrific stay!

Bright and spacious centrally located apartment with tremendous views! We stayed 3 nights in the top floor loft apartment, with 2 teenagers sleeping in the loft. Old building with lots of character. Be prepared to haul your bags up 5 flights of stairs! Restaurants and sights just a short walk away, we did the entire city on foot. Only minor complaint was the seagulls seem to enjoy the view from the roof, some squawking but not unbearable. Also note that there are no onsite laundry facilities, but a laundry takeaway service was available.

Wonderful small local hotel in the middle of porto. The people running the hotel were very friendly and the rooms were great. In the room was a small kitchen(including everything) table and a comfortable bed, all we needed. We had a baby bed for our room with a pillow and a small rabbit soft toy was placed for the little one to enjoy during the stay. Even though there was not a 24h reception, they handeled the communication very well. There was no elevator in the hotel, but we found it charming to walk down the beautiful staircase. Overall a hotel worth staying in. Thank you!

This was an absolutely excellent stay! We weren’t sure what to expect with an “apartment hotel,” but were thrilled and our expectations were exceeded by far. Our flight arrived several hours before typical check-in time. They were great communicating with us, and there to check us in and kindly get us oriented in the morning. The interior is very clean and smells like essential oils throughout, very pleasant. Our room -studio 4B- was perfect for the two of us. Kitchen is well appointed, allowing us to cook a few meals in during our week in Porto. Shower was great. Bed was comfortable. Decor tasteful and space was clean. Very impressed. This apartment is up several flights of stairs, so wouldn’t be accessible to all, but if you’re healthy enough to walk the MANY hills of Porto, you can do it. The apartment overlooks a busy historic stairway on route to a popular city overlook, so lots of foot traffic below and some noise, but was fine and we still chose to keep the windows open. Location is perfect!! Short walk to waterfront and many must-see, must-walk areas, great restaurants. Catia was so darling and accommodating, communicating regularly about what we might need for breakfast, and the breakfast offerings were just superb! All local and organic, really delicious and well thought out. They are very conscious about not wasting, which we appreciated as well. Overall, we were blown away, and will definitely be back!!

Fantastisk overnattingssted
