"Nice apartment. A lot of noise during the day as buildings nearby were being stored. The master bed was cheep. But our stay was ok. Check-in was done by phone & door code."

"Pros: Es war eine tolle Vermieterin und man ist mitten im italienischen Leben. In 5-10min. fußläufig gibt es gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Bäcker, Metzger, Supermarkt, etc.). Vom Bahnhof im Ort kann man in 1h direkt nach Florenz fahren. Ansonsten ist man mit dem Auto gut mobil."

"really big appartment with kitchen and everything what is neccessary. a little bit difficult to find but marco work on this. if you like nature and looking for silence offsinde the typical touris path, go to Londa. it is nice!"

"Der Park war im Allgemeinen gut gepflegt, aber das Cottage überhaupt nicht. Wir wussten im Voraus, dass es sich um ein altes Haus handelt, und wir fanden kein Problem. Aber leider war es auch sehr verdreckt und schlecht gepflegt. Unter dem Bett war viel Staub, Esstisch und Boden dreckig, in der Kaffeemaschine Schimmel und sogar zwischen den Töpfen in den Küchenschränken waren Spinnweben. Wir waren wahrscheinlich die ersten, die das Haus seit langem benutzten. Wir fanden den Park selbst, wie...

"It was a pleasure to stay in Guido’s beautiful Villa. The place had endless character and charm. It was very quiet. Close for day trips to Florence and Poppi, which was an incredible alternative to the touristy towns. We also had the best meals at Mandri nearby - all locals - and got to meet Guido’s charming family. The home was a step back in time and a perfect escape for a quiet week in Italy. A. A"

Friendly staff and room cleaned to a very high standard every day. Surrounded by wonderful scenery, and only 20 minutes from Imola, the perfect peaceful location to explore the area. Hopefully back next year...A+++++"

"The property is gorgeous, the staff was very attentive and all the requests were promptly addressed. The room was big and clean but they don’t have AC. During the day can get warm but overnight there were no issues. The food was delicious and the service was outstanding. Overall we highly recommend this property. "
