We had a wonderful time. The host was lovely. The accommodation great.Water sports were good. Easy access to other island for meals etc. Great tours offered. A really relaxing holiday .Grandson and family loved it. Would recommend it.

Loved our place at Troppo Mystique. Perfect getaway. Annie and Garry were fabulous hosts that made our stay easy and relaxed. The place is perfectly positioned and we loved the laid back vibe. Highly recommend. Our place was clean, well stocked, had a fabulous outlook and we enjoyed the availability of the sup boards. Thanks so much Annie and Garry.

Beautiful location, and friendly staff, host, and dogs. Beach was right there. We wanted to stay slightly out of town, and this was perfect for that. Very peaceful with some low stayers there. You would need a car (SUV due to road conditions) and bring groceries, rock shoes, and snorkels with you. The accommodation was cleaned daily and they even got our washing in before it rained! Which we much appreciated. The wifi played up a little, but was quickly fixed and Digicel plans are super cheap anyway.

Well the Troppo does it all, served up exactly what we were after View view view loved our apartment and the amenities access to the lagoon by kayak and cupboard and when you want a bit off civilisation head over to Erakor island by boat when required Gary and Annie and the dogs are great hosts We personally couldn’t of asked for more and look forward to returning sooner rather then later Cheers Daz and Kaz from Oz

With the ocean at our bungalow door step this was our perfect secluded 5 day get away. A shop at Bon Marche on the way to our self contained bungalow to stock the pantry. A trip on the kayak over to Erakor Island Resort for an afternoon drink was also nice. Will definitely be returning.

We stayed at Troppo Mystique for eight nights with our two kids (10 and 13), and honestly, we couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. From the moment we arrived, Annie and Garry made us feel completely at home. They were so warm and welcoming, always checking in to see what we'd been up to and whether we needed anything. Their genuine hospitality made our holiday extra special. We also loved their four friendly dogs. We stayed in the self-contained two-bedroom garden villa, which was spacious, comfortable and well-equipped with everything we needed, including a gas cooktop and air fryer. The property felt like a peaceful tropical oasis, tucked behind a unique gate painted with palm trees that always made us smile when we returned each day. The location is fantastic, right on Erakor Lagoon in Erakor Village, with Port Vila only 15 minutes away. We loved being able to snorkel, paddleboard, kayak and fish in the lagoon straight out the front of the property, and having Erakor Island Resort just across the lagoon meant we could easily head over for a massage, sunset drinks or dinner. Troppo Mystique truly felt like a home away from home. Between the peaceful setting, fantastic location, Annie and Garry's wonderful hospitality, and the friendly dogs, it was one of our favourite family holidays. We'd happily stay again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Vanuatu.

We loved staying at Annie and Garys place. The 4 dogs love to hang out with you and be your friends. Annie organised us to go to Erakor Island for lunch and happy hour and that was lovely. The snirkeljng was great with some many starfish. We loved staying here.

We loved it. Simple accommodation with all necessities. Quiet, just 4 villas. Stunning location. Fabulous tropical gardens, swim in the lagoon, kayak or call for the free boat to pick you up and take you across to Erakor Resort for meals or cook your own. Annie & Garry were super attentive with any requests we had. Comfy bed, great shower, plenty of room. Peaceful. If you want to get away from people relax, & recharge then this is perfect. Sure beats busy resorts with people everywhere. We're definitely heading back!! Soon.

The spot was just perfect and beautiful and Annie and Gary were so welcoming and helpful and went out of their way to ensure we had a great time. Could not have picked a better spot on the Island. The view from the villa was perfect for an Island holiday. Tranquil and stunning. cant wait to come back for a visit.

Great views to Erakor island.

Fabulous and friendly stay on the edge of Erakor village. Loved catching the local bus and kayaking in the crystal clear waters. Great to be able to do your own thing.

Lagoon Tropical Relaxation

We had a lovely few days at Annie's hideaway - Troppo Mystique. Annie arranged our complimentary pick up, and even supplied a breakfast of fruit, bread and jams for us as we arrived at 2am. We awoke to a beautiful tropical garden and the tide lapping at the bottom of the path. We took the kayaks to Erakor Island and enjoyed lunch. Annie's partner Garry took us into town for a wander and to stock up at supermarket. Other days we caught the bus into town, the buses are cheap and come often, and a nice way to meet the locals. The gas BBQ was great, and the kitchen was well resourced. The bedrooms are a good size and we slept well with the fan and open windows (as they have mosquito screens). We really enjoyed our stay at Troppo Mustique.

Excellent retreat. Beautiful views.

Beautiful well maintained waterfront grounds on the lagoon. Free airport pickup and dropoff. Free WiFi. Free kayaks (2), snorkel gear and fruit from trees. Friendly staff and owner. Easy access to two resorts across the lagoon - can call for boat pickup - for dining, bars and spa. Bring reef shoes and relax.
