"Lovely staff, nice pool, good singers. Suggestions would be to have a larger area to hang towels, exhaust fan in bathroom, pool or table tennis indoors. I still give them 5 stars overall, very happy and would stay there again. Shout out to Edna, she was lovely (as were all the staff)."

"Very picturesque. Snorkelling just off the beach. Breakfast included with room price and really good. Afternoon and evening meals also very good. Staff very friendly and very happy it’s a real tropical little island with 24hr ferry access to the mainland. What’s not to like?"

"Resort is undergoing some upgrades atm to cope with the expected influx of school holiday travelers, The rebuilt children's splash zone will be a treat once completed and the kitchen is in the process of being refit as well. Staff and management are great and a pleasure to communicate with. Prices for food and drinks are on par with town center so if you do not wish to travel there is that option, also there is a supermarket next door with ATM's on the outside of the building. "Hi Island Magic Resort is a little bit out of Port Vila which we enjoyed. We also loved the self catering....could get fresh vegies and fish from the markets but also great to have Birdies cafe on site after busy day snorkling etc. The food was delicious especially the specials and the staff were lots of fun. The villas were lovely and had everything we needed for a relaxing break. It's also an easy walk to Tanna Coffee which was an added bonus."
