Family Vacation

House is exactly as shown. It is very well maintained and clean. Close to Beaufort where my grandson lives as he is a Marine. Also very close to shops and restaurants. We would definitely stay there again.

Do not stay here! In a church parking lot and awful area of town.

We pulled up to this property and it was in the back of a church parking lot in a very unsafe neighborhood. There was no driveway, it literally looked like the house of the pastor of the church in the back of the parking lot that backed up to another scary home with a chain linked fence. I contacted the property manager right when we arrived and still haven’t received a respond. We ended up not staying there as it was so unsafe for my family.

Great!

Tidy house! Quick drive to downtown Beaufort or Fort Royal. We enjoyed our stay and the host was very responsive. Our pup appreciated the fenced in yard!

Our stay in Port Royal

The online pictures of the home are very good but when you see it in person it’s even better!We are so happy with our stay here and we do it again. The home is beautifully decorated, very clean, well stocked, well taken care of, the furniture is comfortable and the host is very responsive. We stayed with our little dog and had an absolutely wonderful time!

Visit to PortRoyal

The interior was fine. It was on a busy street, difficult to get in and out of at certain times of the day and a lot of traffic noise.

Great property for a visit to Beaufort

Nice recently remodeled property with clean rooms and open living space. Ideal for a visit to MCRD Parris Island or the greater Beaufort area.

Fishing trip

Marine graduation

Perfect location for Parris Island! Very convenient! House was good, bathrooms are very small tho! I would recommend this property for the location but it does not have a welcoming yard and is tucked away between two churches.

Great stay

This was a great property. The house was so spacious! There was a nice fenced in yard for the dogs. The hostess was great and was very accommodating! We would absolutely stay there again!

Lovely home and wonderful hosts

We went to visit our son who is USMC Parris Island. The home is very convenient to the base and all things Beaufort. We ran into a couple of minor hiccups and the hosts went above and beyond to resolve them quickly. We would definitely stay there again!

Cute home in a good location.

This was a cute home in a nice location. Communication with the owner was fast and easy. The house is off a busy road and I am a light sleeper, but we didn’t hear noise and did not experience any issues with the church on Sunday or neighbor (they were very friendly). We loved there was individual ac units in each room. We would stay again.

What was needed

Property worked well as was there for Marine Corps graduation. Plenty of room for party of 8. Very close proximity to Parris Island. Groceries and Walmart not to far away

Marine Corps Recruit Graduation

My family and I were there for my cousins graduation as a Marine. House is located really close to the base which makes it so much easier. I believe it’s just a 10min drive if not less. Property is clean to the eyes. It’s perfect if you’re there for Graduation. For us though what was suppose to be a joyful and wonderful weekend turned into a nightmare. We noticed that the kids and all of us had A LOT of bite marks all over our bodies that were extremely itchy. Turns out they were not mosquito bites but FLEA bites. While my mom was sitting on the couch, she caught a flea in her arm. We quickly checked our dogs and found a couple of fleas on them too. Thankfully I have them on flea prevention but it does not prevent them from getting bitten. As soon as we saw what was going on I sent a msg to Labi to notify what was going on. (Never heard back) Next morning was check out and before loading up the cars we had to go out and buy flea spray to spray all of our luggage! Once we got back home we unloaded everything in our garage and threw a flea bomb in there to kill any flea that had survived! Had to take my pets to the vet early next morning to get them treated. I spent more money on everything I bought and vet visit than what the pet fee was!

Issue after issue

We are contacting VRBO today, didn’t do it last night because we got home so late. The cat litter smell when we got there was awful and lasted for 2 days not to mention we had to spend 2 whole days cleaning trying to get the cat litter smell out and the cat hair off everything in the house. There were dirty dishes under the clean dishes. The fire alarms kept beeping every 3 minutes and someone put a real apple with the plastic fruit on the table which brought fruit flies. We don’t notice till day 2 when we were cleaning the whole house. The electronic door locks didn’t work and my husband had to lock the doors from the inside the home and climb out a back window which was about 8 ft off the ground, tore his pants and hurt his ankle which also made us late for the moto run on base. There are no hot tubs or tubs of any kind that was in the home description and only had 1 half roll of toilet paper, no trash bags, no dust pan, no mop or mop bucket, no hand towels to take showers and the a/c in the front bedroom kept showing a E7 code and only worked every once in a while. Our dog is a service dog as well. A nice lady that worked for you did stop over to drop off cleaning supplies so WE could clean the home. We also have pictures. We are expecting some sort of compensation for the disastrous stay at the home. Thanks and have a great day.

Perfect for Parris Island visit!

This house was a great choice for us while we were in the area for my son's USMC graduation. The property is only 10 minutes away from the Recruit Depot making it easy to go to and from. The house is spacious, clean, and comfortable. It is also in a very quiet area with a relaxing front porch where we sat to unwind and enjoy the cool weather. I eould definitely stay here again if needed or recommend to others.

Great location for Marine graduates

My parents and family stayed here for my sons graduation from Parris island. This is a perfect location it is just 10 mins from base. One right turn and your there! The house is located between 2 churches which I thought was odd at first but the church was not open during my stay however I was there Monday til Friday so idk how the weekend would be with the churches. Other then that the place has 3 bedrooms with 1queen bed each 2 bathrooms no tub but that’s fine for my family we don’t have young ones. Very clean and open living area. I honestly chose this place bc I thought I was going to bring my dogs but I didn’t. However if I did there is no yard you would have to walk your pet daily for them to go to the bathroom. Ended up not bringing my dogs which was good bc I was on base from 5am-5pm daily. Overall this place I rate at a 5 star my family and I had a wonderful time. Ty
