"Overall the property was comfortable and just as described in the listing. It is clear the owner has tried to provide what guests need to be comfortable. Nice touches such as snacks and beverages were appreciated! The landscaping and grass areas could use some maintenance and TLC, but overall was acceptable. No shade in backyard or pool area but umbrella provided for outdoor table. There were a few issues that were addressed by the owner very quickly. Good value for rental price."
