Located just a 5-minute drive from the famous lighthouse beach and close to the vibrant city centre, you'll enjoy the best of both worlds—sun-soaked days by the ocean and easy access to dining, shopping, and entertainment.

Whether you're planning a family getaway, a group trip, or a relaxing retreat, this villa is your serene home base.

The space
This beautiful comfortable home has modern furniture with 4 beds 2 bathrooms and a large living area with two levels. Details are as follows:

We have deliberately did not provide WiFi so that kids and family can spend more time together.
Only free to air channels are available on TV.

TV signals are prone to get affected with bad weather/extreme heat or external factors.

If you feel like lake side barbecue just walk upto Clearwater Crescent uphill and 50 meters and there is community BBQ with sitting area with beautiful view.
