From 29 September to 20 December 2025, the Central Plaza pool, spa, BBQ area, and adjacent gardens will be closed for major refurbishment. During this time, construction work may cause noise and dust. We appreciate your understanding as the Body Corporate completes these improvements.

This modern, self-contained apartment features a fully equipped kitchen and a private balcony for relaxing outdoors. The master bedroom includes an en-suite with a spa bath, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploration. The resort offers a heated pool, BBQ area, and tennis courts nearby. With shops, cafes, and the marina nearby, this is the ultimate tropical getaway!
This beautifully designed apartment features two spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms, offering comfort and convenience for up to four guests. The master bedroom boasts a king-sized bed and a private ensuite, while the second bedroom includes two long single beds, which can be made up into a king bed on request. The open-plan living area leads to a private balcony, perfect for relaxing in the tropical breeze. The fully equipped kitchen has modern appliances, including a dishwasher, coffee maker, and microwave.

Check-In Form & ID: All guests are required to complete a check-in form and present valid ID upon arrival. This is for security and registration purposes. Please answer the pre-booking questions truthfully to ensure the space suits your needs, and carefully read the check-in instructions that will be sent before your arrival.
Please note that we provide a starter amenity kit that includes a few essentials for your convenience, but for longer stays, you may need to go shopping to re-stock.
Please remember that you are in a residential setting. We remind you to respect the neighbours by keeping noise to a minimum.
No Unregistered Guests: Only registered guests are allowed on the property. No unregistered visitors are permitted inside the property.
This property has a strict no party, no smoking, and no pet policy. Any breach will result in immediate cancellation or eviction.
Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM via self check-in with a key safe.
Check-out is before 10:00 AM. Unauthorised late check outs may incur a fee. Please follow the check out instructions sent to you and make sure you are familiar with where to leave your keys.
Guests may be charged for additional housekeeping if the property requires extra cleaning time.
Any smoking inside the property will result in charges to have the property professionally deodorised and furniture and carpets steam cleaned.
Cancellation Policy: Our cancellation policy is firm. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover your trip in case of emergencies, illness, extreme weather, etc. Any refund requests outside of our cancellation policy will be declined. We are happy to provide documentation to your travel insurance company to help expedite your claim.
