The rooms are really old and would need renovation. No sunbeds at the pool. Only breakfast for Malaysians, no international offer. Very nice and helpful kitchen chef. Good value dinner.

Poor services but impressive exterior

Exterior is impressive. Room is spacious and well maintained but dated. Walk to beach not possible when high tide. Location a bit off pitch and own vehicle necessary. Services are unique and need improvement. Example 1 - For double room, provided 2 set of toothbrushes and toothpastes BUT provided only one set of toiletries (1 shower cap, 1 shampoo and 1 bath). Not sure how to share these between 2 person. Need to pay extra for another set. Example 2 - Breakfast variety limited. More local and Muslim orientated. No ham, bacon, etc. Starts 7 am but most food gone by 8 am. Very slow to refill.

Im not sure who he is,maybe duty manager. He is really helpful. From the time we checked in till next morning while we had our breakfast @ cafe, he is there. The front desk is ok but need to improve some more especially on which customer u need to prioritize, like citizen,on wheelchair,pregnant women @ women with baby.The housekeeping makcik is really lovely. Tqvm.

Weekend trip to PD

Been many years since last trip to Port Dickson. Wanted a reasonable beach hotel for overnight stay. Klana Beach Resort was quite a good choice as it had privacy! It has swimming pools albeit segregated pools, and if you wanted to swim in the sea, it was just down the stairs, past the little rocky bits and you have clear water to swim in. Overall good hotel for short trips.

Overall is very satisfied 1 night stayed in the resort, the room is clean and the amenities are satisfying. The unique about the resort is, there a "Balai Cerap Telok Kemang" just opposite the resort. At night we can get a "pass" from the resort and went in to see the stars. It is an astronomy centre.

Suasana hotel ok, bilik bersih, kolam mandi agak kecil tetapi sesuai utk keluarga. Pasar malam pada hari sabtu konsep yg bagus tetapi perlu ditingkatkan utk kualiti makanan. Dgn harga hotel sepatutnya makanan yg dihidangkn adalah panas dan ramai chef tetapi tidak fokus pada gerai pada waktu petang. Iklan gerai dibuka jam 6pm, tetapi jam 7pm masih belum bersedia sepenuhnya..

The room is clean, the bed is comfortable, and the hotel near convenience stores and small eateries. The view of the moon and Jupiter through the hotel's telescope is a pleasant surprise.

The staff are all very helpful with genuine smiles. The swimming pool is great and it's in front of the beach to have a good walk and relax. It was a great experience and I highly recommend the place. Their price is reasonable too.

In general the hotel is quite run down and rooms not that clean. Very poor WiFi in the room as it keeps dropping off. Was told by receptionist to just change username but this did not work as had to set up new account with different email and difeerent cell phone number. Breakfast is good with many choices
