「I didn't like that when I went to go check in, I was told my room was canceled. On the booking site, it said , PAY AT PROPERTY at check in.... When I went to check in and pay, I was told that my credit card couldn't be processed.. Why are they trying to run my credit card if I hadn't even checked in? Now if I had gone in, in person and my card couldn't be processed, then I would understand it being canceled.. I booked this room in January and had the funds to pay at check in.. I asked if...

「The outside of the property is not very aesthetic, but don’t let that fool you! The amenities are well taken care of and the rooms are very nice. The staff is so nice and helpful anytime we needed anything they were all so accommodating.
