"There was nothing that was too much trouble for the hotel and the staff. I made requests that, in some cases were not normal procedure for them, but they stepped up and provided the support I requested. I cannot recommend this hotel more highly. It really was first class. "

"The bedroom was very very dark. I did mention it to the gentleman but he seemed uninterested by my comments. The tea/coffee tray was inside the wardrobe on a shelf. It was so dark in the room I had to use the light on my phone to get items. That's despite there being 3 small lamps scattered about and a floor lamp. There wasn't a main ceiling light. May be a light to come on as you open the wardrobe door. It's a very very small room and there are 3 chairs and a table in it. Not necessary. There...
