Detached house with a front porch. Entrance with WC. Living room (TV, internet access) with a fireplace (first basket of firewood provided) and two sofa beds (125x190 and 140x200). Fully equipped kitchen open to the living room (oven, microwave, dishwasher). Bedroom 1 (double bed 140x200) with shower and washbasin. On the first floor: bedroom 2 (two single beds 90x200), bedroom 3 (queen bed 160x200), bathroom, WC, bedroom 4 (queen bed 160x200, two single beds 90x200). On the lower level, a large utility room (washing machine, freezer). Baby equipment available on request. Bed linen and towels for hire. End-of-stay cleaning service available at an extra charge. Electric heating is also available at an extra charge. Private, unfenced garden. Garden furniture. Barbecue. Parking for 5 to 6 vehicles. Carport. Arrivals are not possible after 8:00 PM. Located in a converted farmhouse, this welcoming house features a lounge area with a fireplace, perfect for cozy evenings, and a large dining table ideal for gathering your family around a meal. The south-facing terrace, surrounded by a lovely lawn, is also delightful in the sunshine. Marion and her brother Benjamin have been working since 2021 to renovate this family property and will be happy to welcome you to this peaceful hamlet of Boucey, south of Pontorson (all shops nearby). Enjoy easy walks in the surrounding countryside. You can follow the nearby Couesnon River to the foot of the famous Mont Saint-Michel and its legendary silhouette. Situated between Brittany and Normandy, this convenient location allows you to discover the treasures of both Ille-et-Vilaine and Manche, whether for a weekend getaway or a longer stay.

The price does not include: charging for an electric or hybrid vehicle.

Location adaptée aux grandes familles

Rien à redire sur l hébergement et l accueil : très bien. Par contre, la location a été faite en ligne via votre organisme alors que le propriétaire ne connaît pas !!?? Le prix facturé ne correspond pas au loyer demandé par le propriétaire . J ai donc payé deux fois!!! Et pas d interlocuteur pour parler!!
