Nice place

Good location. The woman who received us was nice. She told us that we could buy breakfast the next day, and this was not the case though. For some reason I was the only one not allowed to get breakfast. The bed collapsed the first time I sat on it, so I slept on the bunked. They were nice to let me in when we had forgotten the code.

IT MIGHT HELP TO TELL,GUESTS THAT THE STAIRWELL LIGHTS ARE REGULARLY OFF AND THAT ARE ARE LIGHT SwITCHES ,IN THE STAIRWELL, TO TURN THEM ON.Being able to pay on arrival is helpful.The hotel is a bit:snug,i.e.: a charming old house,however:snug.

The hotel was too old, especially the wall inside of room and toliet have to be replaced asap. the wifi speed was too slow, it's only 4.5 mbps, you can do nothing. The price was not cheap based on the quality. I will not recomand anyone to book and stay here. Sorry.

Terrible room and service

I arrived late and found the reception was closed. I kept knocking the door for 15min until the receptionist noticed me while she was drinking with her friend in the shop nearby. I was given a room with bed of 3 legs only. It couldn’t even stand on the floor. The mattress, bed sheet, blanket, and towels were used and placed on the floor with strong smell. I reached out to the receptionist to change for another room. The other room was also smelly and dirty. But at least it got a bed that works and towels look washed. It costed me about 70 Euro which is not very expensive when compared to the hotels in Mont Saint Michele. But the quality was worse than a shared room in a youth hostel.

Staff so friendly and welcoming..i emailed to advise that my train would be arriving after the checkin time. This was no problem at all, Bruno was ready and waiting to meet me and very obliging. Hotel room spotless, very pleasant stay.

La chambre était propre et petite mais cela nous a convenu. La salle de bain était correcte aussi, simplement la douche était un peu petite et le miroir sur le point de tomber mais ce ne sont que des details. La déco etait vraiment datée mais nous ne nous sommes pas arrêtés sur cela. C’etait bien.

Hotel bien situe mais il manque un parking prive pour les client il faut se garer sur la route ou un parking public mais qui est de l autre cote de la route manque d ascenseur mais c est un batiment ancien donc comprehensible manque d insonorite on entend les bruits des gens qui marchent la chambre etait froide mais une chambre propre une salle de bain propre aussi une literie convenable le petit dejeuner etait bien le monsieur de l acceuil tres gentil je recommande cet hotel aux gens de passage

Bien uniquement pour le prix relativement bas pour le coin en plein mois de juillet. Tout est vieux dans l'hôtel. La literie est bonne. Petit dej correct mais ne vaut pas les 7€.

Hôtel délabré et bruyant. Personnel sympathique.

Le personnel est très aimable et sympathique, et la literie et le linge de toilette sont très confortables. Mais quel ennui d’un hôtel aussi bruyant. Chambre à 2 fenêtres : l’une n’à qu’un rideau, l’autre un volet roulant cassé ; rien qu’un volet roulant dans la salle de bain et l’abattant des wc cassé.

Hotel des années 80, nous sommes en 2020, il est juste temps de le refaire. Cabine de douche comme dans un mobil home, lunette des toilettes qui se barre. Tout est bancale. Pour le prix, il faut aller voir ailleurs.

Bad hotel conditions

First of all we only could enter because of a nice guest that opened the door as he were leaving the building (because we were locked outside as the reception was closed at the time) and he kindly call the manager (the number on our reservation was different from his) and told us our room number and breakfast period. The room was not so clean and not that comfortable, seems like a former smoker room...sheets and towels not so well cleaned...nice location by the way

Bed bugs! I was woken at 01.45hrs by bugs crawling over my face. They were in the bed and between the sheets. They were like small beetles. I videoed them with my phone. The shower door was broken. Only one light worked in the room. The room was cold and the heaters were rusty and remained cold. There was no additional blanket and the curtains were missing.
