THIS HOME IS LOCATED JUST 5 MILES NORTH OF THE VILANO TOWN CENTER WHICH CONSISTS OF GROCERY STORES, RESTAURANTS AND PUBS AND 10 MINUTES TO HISTORIC DOWNTOWN ST. AUGUSTINE. THIS HOME IS ALSO LOCATED JUST 20 MINUTES SOUTH OF COVETED GOLF IN PONTE VEDRA. NOT ONE DETAIL IS SPARED IN THIS FULLY FURNISHED, FULLY FUNCTIONAL HOME. NEW FLOORS THROUGHOUT THE HOME. THIS PROPERTY BOASTS ALL NEW FURNITURE WITH CABLE AND WIFI. THE DECK FEATURES BRAND NEW ADIRONDACK CHAIRS AND A NEW PROPANE WEBER GRILL. ENJOY BEAUTIFUL SUNRISES AND SPEND THE DAY ON THE 600 SQUARE FOOT DECK WHILE WATCHING WAVES ROLL IN. THIS HOME COMFORTABLY SLEEPS 8 ADULTS AND 3 CHILDREN . THIS TWO STORY HOUSE HAS A SPACIOUS MASTER BEDROOM UPSTAIRS WITH ITS OWN INTERIOR BATH, OCEAN VIEWS AND CABLE TV. THE SECONDARY BEDROOM HAS A KING SIZE BED WITH OCEAN VIEWS AND HAS THE SECOND BATH LOCATED JUST OUTSIDE IN THE HALL. BEDROOM NUMBER 3 IS LOCATED DOWNSTAIRS WITH A BUNK BED AND ITS OWN INTERIOR BATH. Beach Beach Trip Ever!

This was our second year renting this home. The beach is beautiful and we often felt like we were on a private beach. We loved being so close to St. Augustine and hanging out below the deck enjoying the beach AND the shade. We'll be back!

Our Favorite Beach House

This was the third time staying at Colleen's and it did not disappoint. The location of the house is perfect! There's plenty of room to spread out (inside & out). The beds are comfy and there's plenty of towels, toys & pantry items. We have created so many memories here, I would highly recommend staying here!!

A Perfect Week

What a wonderful week at this property! The beach was incredible and it felt so private. We loved the shady area under the porch: it was the perfect spot to stay out of the sun and still enjoy the ocean. The house has great views from almost every room and we really appreciated the extra towels. Hope to return next year!

My new home away from home! I love being able to walk right out the back door and onto the beach. And almost just as important for me was being able to bring my dog and having the freedom to walk the beach without the public crowds. HIGHLY RECOMMEND Does not disappoint.

This was our 4th summer with Colleen's beach house. We love coming to s pointe vedra the beach is not crowded, the house meets our family's needs and owner is very responsive to all questions. Our favorite part is the deck over looking the beach.

Great Beach stay!

This was a great house! Love the environmental friendly geothermal air conditioning system and prefer to keep our Florida beaches free from chemicals. But Just a note if you happen to have a ‘pregnant’ or ‘sensitive to smells’ person in your party… sitting on the deck you may experience a bit of a sulfur smell when air is running.

Enjoyable 2nd Stay

This was the second time we had stayed at this wonderful beachfront home. There is plenty of room to sprawl out on the main floor and a large deck to enjoy meals on or just hang out. The best part is the ocean is only steps away! There are plenty of beach chairs and beach towels and even some boogie boards! We had no troubles checking in or out and everything was a breeze during our stay. I would highly recommend this lovely little beach retreat!

Our small family spent a wonderful Thanksgiving in Sandy Feet. Proximity to beach was an added plus. Plenty of towels and chairs were on hand. Kitchen was well equipped. The only thing I would add to house is a handbar inside the master tub/shower for safety.

Wonderful location right on an almost private beach. House very clean at arrival and check in/put process very easy. Downstairs layout a little quirky, but not a huge deal given the house location. An outside shower would be a nice addition to the house in the future To cut down on shells in the bathrooms. Overall had a great week.

Beach Vacation

Property is clean and cozy beachfront cottage with great views. Actual property is more roomy than pictured and easily accomodated three large adults. Kitchen is on the smaller side, but didn't impact meal prep and there is extra counter space on the dining side. Beach was secluded and surf fishing was fantastic. Caught multiple varieties of fish daily. Also saw large dolphin pods swimmimg by daily. Enjoyed the stay and would stay again.

The location and home were just perfect for our vacation. Being just a few steps from the ocean with little ones allowed us to walk out to ocean/beach and back to the house as needed. Low tide leaves a spacious sandy area to play in. The deck and lower area allowed us to always have shade somewhere. Appreciated sand toys and beach chairs, too! Thank you, Colleen!

Sandy Feet Retreat in South Ponte Vedra Beach

This was the second time our family spent a full week in this oasis in Paradise and we hope to spend many more family vacations there. The four bedroom, three bedroom house, smack dab on the beach, provided more than enough room for our family of eight with, a beautiful deck, facing, the beach, a large kitchen with every utensil imaginable and largefamily room, big TVs, all kinds of ocean toys, such as surfboards, boogie boards, and play things galore. The host, Colleen, was super cooperative and helpful, and made certain that everything met our expectations. From 1 to 10, we give this property a 12.

Sandy Feet and Sunrises!

We had a wonderful week at Sandy Feet! The location is everything we wanted... steps from a beautiful, uncrowded beach and not too far of a drive to anything else we wanted to get into. We arrived at 3pm, after our 12 hr trip, to find the cleaners were still there. We waited around for about 30-40 min before we could get in the house. The ladies were very nice and they did a good job, but the wait was a bit disappointing (and HOT). The keycode at the door didn't work so we had to use the garage, but that really wasn't a big deal. We loved the views from all the rooms and the beds were very comfortable! The downstairs layout is odd and lacks desired privacy. The kitchen is quite small, but adequate. The dishwasher is half-sized - we ran a lot little loads! :) The provided beach towels, beach chair, and umbrellas were very nice. The decks are amazing! Overall we had a glorious week!! We were there for the beach!
