Unit Layout
You will be staying in a 5-room house that is 130 square meters in size and spread across two levels. The property was renovated in 2007 and features beautiful wooden furnishings. On the upper floor, there is a living room with an open-hearth fireplace (decorative only) and a satellite TV. The living room leads out to a terrace. There are three bedrooms, one with a French bed (150 cm, length 200 cm), another with two beds (90 cm, length 200 cm), and the third with a French bed (150 cm, length 200 cm). One of the bathrooms is located on this floor and has a shower/WC.
Amenities Included
The property comes equipped with a kitchen that includes an oven, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine. There is also a dining table in the kitchen area. The kitchen/living room on the lower level also has an oven, microwave, freezer, and electric coffee machine, along with a dining table and access to another terrace. The house features air conditioning and electric heating, although heating is not available in all rooms. There are three terraces in total, and the outdoor amenities include terrace furniture, a barbecue, and six deck chairs. The property offers stunning views of the river.

The rental comes with a washing machine, iron, children's high chair, baby cot, and hair dryer. Internet access (WiFi) is available for an extra fee. Please note that there is no internal connecting door between the separated properties. The recommended maximum occupancy is four people until June 1st and from October 1st onwards due to limited heating in the outbuilding, depending on weather conditions. When there are fewer guests than the maximum capacity of six, the annex will not be accessible for use.
