Casa San Piero is located in the centre of San Martino, Italy and only 26 km (16 mi) from Florence in the tourist area "Florence And Surroundings". Casa San Piero is a lovely stone building with shared pool, air conditioning and WiFi internet. The vacation home has been divided into a total of two private apartments. The property can accommodate up to ten guests comfortably in five bedrooms with four bathrooms.

The owners live on the ground floor of CASA DEL FATTORE, while the guests are on the first floor. The two portions have separate and totally independent entrances.

After a busy day of visiting museums, spend some time with friends and family poolside enjoying a glass of wine - a perfect way to unwind at the end the day. Also available outside are a barbecue grill and patio. Each unit has its own private living area with a kitchen with plenty of utensils, tableware and cutlery, a bedroom and bathroom. Many people traveling with friends prefer a multi-unit property where they can spend time together in the common areas, like the pool or garden, but still have their own private living quarters.

Casa San Piero is a lovely stone building with a total of two separate apartments that is conveniently located in the centre of San Martino, Italy in the tourist area "Florence And Surroundings" and only 26 km (16 mi) from Florence. Casa San Piero, among other amenities, includes also shared pool, WiFi internet and air conditioning.

Casa Del Fattore (130sq m) is a three-bedroom unit with two bathrooms that is built on one level and can accommodate up to six guests. Some rooms are air-conditioned for your comfort (see room details below).

Dining with friends and family is a huge part of the Tuscan culture. Take advantage of the well-equipped kitchen to prepare meals using local produce while on your vacation.
