The owners live on the ground floor of CASA DEL FATTORE, while the guests are on the first floor. The two portions have separate and totally independent entrances.

Casa San Piero is a lovely stone building having a total of two separate units that is conveniently located in the centre of San Martino, Italy in the tourist area "Florence And Surroundings" and only 26 km (16 mi) from Florence. Casa San Piero, among other amenities, includes also air conditioning, pool and WiFi internet.

Fienile (120sq m) is a two-bedroom unit with two bathrooms that is built on two levels and can sleep up to four guests. Some rooms are air-conditioned for your comfort (see room details below).
