"Terrível, quarto sujo, banheiro estava fedendo a xixi, vazo sanitário todo melado de xixi. Reservei o apartamento para 2 adultos e 2 crianças e não havia roupa de cama nenhuma para as crianças, lençol , fronha e nem cobertores!! Toalha de banho também não estavam na quantidade correta, apenas 2 unidades!! O sofá cama estava com cheiro de mofo!!"

"That was a disaster. My family of four couldn’t stay in the room. We had to find an emergency stay, which by itself was a challenge and expensive. The room was not ready for us. No bed sheets or towels. In addition, there were bed sheets clumped up, likely from the previous guest. Also, I was not able to get the AC running cold. AC in Manaus is a must because it is too hot and humid. Communication was challenging and I am requesting a refund which will be another ballgame. I hope Expedia will help me."

"Property Dirty; lights not working; bathroom in terrible conditions; bad smelling.; we refused to use the room and never we never received the refund; contacting the property ower in this platafform; they just ignored our refund request; this property have to be banned from Expedia"
