April/May Discounts. This 3-Year Old Duplex is located in Poncha Springs, Colorado. It is less than 20 minutes from Monarch Mountain, 5 minutes from Salida and the Arkansas River. The home still seems new and has amazing mountain views. It has 3 spacious bedrooms each with en suite bathrooms. There is a TV located in every room. It has a tankless water heater. A full size washer/dryer. Porches front and back with seating. Balcony with seating off one of upstairs bedrooms. Picnic Table in backyard for outdoor meals. It comfortably sleeps 8, 10 using the queen size pullout bed.

Property was beautiful, clean and met our needs. It is listed online as a 4-bedroom but in fact there were only three but it was enough for our needs. Loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom, what a treat. We appreciated the lilttle welcoming items and found everything we needed. The location was beautiful and centrally located to all of our activities. Our only issue was the fire alarm in the living room seemed a little sensitive it went off a couple of times while we were cooking.

Owner went above and beyond!! Fully stocked, comfortable, very clean! A/C went out, which was not their fault, so they brought in brand new fans and we were still comfortable. Better than the pictures!

Birthday Weekend Get-Away

This weekend was nothing short of amazing! I booked the property with ease and had automatic communication with the owner. The communication continued consistently before the trip and throughout our time booked. My friends all came up with me to celebrate my birthday and it was perfect! I highly recommend this property as the owner is incredible to work with, the house is clean, and we were able to get everything we needed. Not to mention the gorgeous views here! Thank you to Caia for everything! Countless memories were made and I’ll be booking again in the future!
