Per raggiungere l'hotel ci sono varie opzioni, tra cui la stazione del treno circumvesuviana a soli 5 minuti dall'Hotel, probabilmente Lei aveva scelto una tra quelle più lontane. Riguardo alla Reception, invece, ci teniamo a sottolineare che il nostro personale del ricevimento parla inglese. Speriamo dunque di averla presto di nuovo nostro ospite. Cordiali Saluti

Dear Guest, thank you for your review. When a customer leaves our facility and decides to tell their experience on the web, it is really important for us. We are sorry to read your review, and that you called our staff rude.You had requested to leave your luggage in the room for the whole day, because you didn't want to leave it in our luggage room, we explained to you that the hotel was very full and we couldn't leave your room until after check out.The staff was not rude, unfortunately they limited themselves to respecting the rules, in fact they asked you several times to leave your luggage in the storage room which was super quiet.However, your request was impossible to fulfill and not because the staff were rude but because the hotel was full and by paying a supplement we would not have been able to satisfy you.We are sorry to read this review, our staff is truly super qualified.It was just an inconvenience that could have been resolved if you had trusted their experience.
