"Simonetta’s Villa is beautiful, spacious and in a great location for a relaxing family get-away. The outdoor space is amazing - with a hot tub, ping pong table and bikes to keep our children entertained for hours. Everything we needed was within walking distance (grocery store, coffee/gelato shop, beach) which was awesome as we didn’t have to rent a vehicle to get around. "Great room in a large house. Nice little kitchen, bathroom with washing machine. Leonardo is a nice friendly lady, very helpful. 20-30 minutes walk to castle Gandolfo and another to the lake public beach is small, but plenty of lido's. The view from the balcony at the house is to die for."

The house was much bigger than it looked in the pictures and the kids loved the pool. It took only an hour to get in to central Rome from a nearby train station and lots of lovely restaurants available."
