"I paid for the room I selected . When I arrived they wanted to upgrade me . I turned it down. Received a room with an outdated bathroom, blow dryer hooked to the wall from the 1950 . Shower was smallest I seen. You could hear everything in the hallways. Never again "

"We enjoyed our stay here. The hotel is massive - surprised to find something of this size in a town like Tomar. Very good location - at the end of the river path in the lower town - that is close to many restaurants. Our room was very spacious, with a large bathroom (shower + bath) and a nice sized terrace. I want to call out that the hotel boasts both an indoor and outdoor pool. The outdoor pool was under renovation during our stay (which is just as well since the weather in early May isn’t terribly warm); the indoor pool isn’t heated per se but was quite welcoming after a long day’s walk. Breakfast buffet was included in the rate and offered many options. Would definitely stay here again when passing through Tomar."

"We were told breakfast was not included in our stay, which ended up being okay as we had to leave before it opened. Staff was helpful with suggestions for places to eat and stored our bags until our room was ready. The view from the bar was great and they had just put out new furniture on the patio."
