Top Polo Wicklow Hotel Reviews
Marlin Hotel Stephens Green
8/10 Good
"Very central to lots that’s going on. Great, funky hotel. Definitely would stay here again. Some great pubs and restaurants on the doorstep of this hotel. One slight negative. For people of a certain age, having a ‘funky’ bed that you have enter from the bottom and climb into, is not a winning formula particularly when you’re up three times in the night… Aside from that, loved it. And there’s a car park just across the the street. Oh and all their shower products are L’Occitane…"
Ruby Molly Hotel Dublin by IHG
8/10 Good
"Being unfamiliar with the logistics related to points of interest, museums, transportation access, etc. in Dublin, we booked this hotel which is on the north side of the Liffey River. Since most of our activities were on the south side of the river and walking to them was more strenuous than we wanted, we used taxi service frequently even though the location of the Ruby Molly was not too far from those activities. The hotel has a very good breakfast fare and area, and the bar is convenient. The room is a little tight but very serviceable. My one suggestion is that due to the limited space between the end of the bed frame and the TV shelf, the sharp corners of the bed frame should have rubber covers to preclude shin impact as you move around the bed."
Clayton Hotel Leopardstown
10/10 Excellent
"Love the hotel. Every trip to Ireland we stay at a Clayton and love it. Clean, friendly staff as well as helpful. 10/10 recommend."
Herbert Park Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"My friend and I stayed in one of the apartment suites for the weekend, our apartment was amazing, had everything we needed in it, very clean and tidy and we had a lovely view of the park. The apartment was nice and quiet and beds very comfortable and the stuff were very nice and helpful. I would highly recommend going there and also if you happen to be around on the Sunday I would definitely recommend going to the Market that is held in the park, they had lots of delicious pastries and food plus lots more. Had a very enjoyable stay."
Iveagh Garden Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"This hotel is in a brilliant place for exploring Dublin. Hotel really lovely, staff very helpful & food fabulous. So much choice at breakfast it was hard to choose! The food was so nice we ate there in the evening on 2 nights. If we go back to Dublin we will definitely stay here again."
The Sandymount Hotel

St. Helen's Hotel

Hilton Dublin

The Dean Dublin Centre
8/10 Good
"We had a lovely stay here. The room was fab and even though there is a nightclub next door we slept like babies because of how soundproof the rooms were. The only thing that was super odd is that when we landed from our flight (obviously in our travel clothes) we made our way to the hotel and the security guard on the door stood there like we didn’t deserve to enter. I said excuse me is this the entrance to the hotel? He looked us up and down and said “you’re staying here?” And smirked. I was quite taken a back by it but he stepped aside and let us in. The entire weekend when we returned from the city he would be there, apart from once or twice, and each time he would give us really strange looks. That is the only things that let it down. I appreciate he has a job to do, but come on…. A young guy and a girl with heavy backpacks and quite obviously comfy travel clothes showing up to the doors of a hotel surely isn’t the weirdest thing he’s seen in his role?"
