"Friendly staff, clean room, and wonderful breakfast!"

"I recently stayed at Studio 6 Extended Stay and had a very disappointing experience. The property is extremely worn down and not clean. My room was dirty upon arrival, with unclean cabinets and even a roach in the bathroom. Several advertised amenities were missing or didn’t work; no coffee maker or toaster, and the microwave was broken and never fixed, forcing me to buy my own for my 5-night stay. There was also no silverware or plates, which is unusual for an extended stay. The main ceiling light was also not functional. The shower was poorly designed, with the curtain cutting the space in half, and the water pressure was very weak. The bed was also uncomfortable. Basic operations were frustrating; my room key stopped working every night, so I had to go to the front desk daily to reprogram it. To get fresh towels, you have to bring your dirty ones to the lobby instead of having them delivered. The lobby consistently smelled like marijuana, and the parking lot had broken-down cars sitting long-term. There were also late-night disturbances with people arguing, fighting and slamming doors. Overall, this property needs major improvements in cleanliness, maintenance, and management. I would not stay here again."

"We had 9 family members in four bedrooms and comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and quaint. Our kids had many options to entertain themselves whether pool, basketball, ping pong, arcade games, swimming pool, all were as pictured in the listing. Leidy was responsive and accommodating. We enjoyed our stay. "

"House is great for a larger group. Pool area and tiki hut are awesome. Cameras are not noted in the description, and there are multiple outside - some pointing directly at the pool. House and bathrooms were clean. Bathrooms were low on shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.A few miscommunications with the host- we were under the impression we’d have early access to the house based on previous conversations but this was not the case. We ended up having to leave the premise. 9AM on day two a pool guy showed up. Estimated work time was 3-4 hours. We asked him to leave and he did. We were told nothing about this. The host was quick to respond when I reached out. All in all, this is a great property and our group had an amazing stay. Perfect for a bachelorette group! "

"5 minutes from West Palm Beach Airport. Easy check in, with excellent security and parking. Very clean and comfortable bed. Fair price and very easy check out."

"This place was so much better than any hotel. It was very cozy, quiet and clean! Absolutely loved it! Wish there were windows but that is perfectly fine . It was an amazing stay overall!"

"Clean apartment and comfortable bed. Hostess was very responsive to messages and helped out my sister who had a recent surgery. I would've loved a binder with information with WIFI and things to do nearby so I didn't have to bother Yadira so much with my questions! Overall, a very nice stay! Great price too!"
