「My only regret with booking our stay was not booking for a longer visit. My husband and I booked a very quick overnight stay in West Palm Beach and once we arrived at Casa Grandview Inn I knew I wanted to book another trip. Not only was the staff very accommodating to our early arrival, they were also very very friendly. Our cottage was so clean and quaint. And the grounds were absolutely stunning. We enjoyed the pool for an afternoon all by ourselves. Everything about this place is spectacular....
「Check in was smooth and straight forward. Dejon was very kind and helpful. The only thing I was annoyed by was the $5/day parking fee. He tells me that the other hotels in the area charge $15+ so they are the lowest in the area. It also would be nice if the baggage carts were bigger. It would just help create fewer trips.
So much space in the room! The shower had good pressure and had plenty of space as well. Our room had a desk, King bed (I think) and a couch with a pull out bed. The fridge...

The only recommendation I would have is to use less space for the concierge parking and give hotel guests more of an option. I was there for 5 days and had to park very far away from the entrance. Also, the valet is just that a valet only . . . never said can I help you with a bag etc. Having to park far away meant I had to leave my bags at the door go park and come back. I was told by the valet - I am parking only....」
