"We had accommodation, below group level, which has so much moisture in bed room. Literally, it sticks to feet and we can feel.it as well. Worse part, I woke up mid to use bathroom, there is big cockroch scrolling on floor. During day time we find few small as well. We had very uncomfortable accommodations due to so much moisture and cockroch."

"This place was a perfect fit for us, and it offered everything we needed and wanted. From complimentary laundry and laundry soap to a well-stocked kitchen, a lovely pool to beautiful trees and landscaping, a cute, comfortable, spacious (2-bedroom, oceanfront) cottage to friendly staff, a great location (for easy access to Polihale State Park, Waimea Canyon, Poipu Beach, and Port Allen) to an on-site restaurant serving delicious food, it made for an ideal place to call home while on Kaua’i. Already dreaming about returning to it."

"Good location on the north shore of Princeville. Easy to get from Lihue airport to Hanalei town where we ate most of our meals. The hosts are amazing, very helpful and nice to get to know. The room was very clean with all the amenities you could ask for. Large refrigerator, microwave and accessories. If you want to grill out there is a grill we did not use it. The gardens on the property are beautiful and relaxing. A little bistro table and chairs for a morning tea. The rooms are very private and comfortable. We enjoyed the pool and spa, both very clean. If you are interested in sunrise shells ask Coral. I would definitely stay with them again."

"The overall stay would rate a D- The beginning was the worst part. They seemed to not have us registered?? Not sure but they had us take a seat and then took over 20 minutes to check in and we got there at 5:30pm. Check in is at 4pm. Once we got our keys and went up and tv was blasting a kids show and doors were open. Brought up the concerns to the folks at the front and didn’t seem to care nor offered anything besides we “checked it out and everything is fine”. We asked for a different room due to not being comfortable with what just happened and wasn’t available due to being full. Honestly just didn’t want to deal with it anymore so just let it go. Place wasn’t the cleanest but could be a cute if someone put some care into it. No AC but has 2 fans that almost reach the opening of the doors to help circulate air. Thankfully it wasn’t super hot while we were there. They do have a washer and dryer which is nice and some amenities in the kitchen and cooler for the beach- again not the cleanest but nice to have. They don’t clean your room while you are there but can ask for more towels. Also no restaurants on property but claim to have breakfast truck upfront but everything is always sold out before 9am. Says it’s open 7am-11am. Just hope this helps someone looking to stay here."

"Great place and very private location. Awesome. We will for sure be back. Communication with the host was great. With the winds the non AC for a Texas person was really just fine. Kept perfectly cool. Having all the beach chairs and umbrellas was a big help."
