La Vita is the perfect weekend escape!

Offering stunning views over the 15th Tee and 3 separate fairways
of the Greg Norman designed Vintage Golf Course. La Vita is an
amazing house for families, couples, or singles with 4 large
bedrooms. Enjoy all the Hunter Valley has to offer during the day
and come home to La Vita where guests can enjoy a refreshing dip
in the private pool, entertain in the BBQ area, or unwind by the cozy
fireplace.

The Vintage is the Hunter Valley's premier residential golf course
community with residences set around a world-class, 18-hole golf
course designed by Greg Norman. The Vintage is centrally located
near superb cellar doors, restaurants, Bimbagen Estate,
Brookenwood Cellar Door, and Hunter Valley Gardens.

Please note, This property is strictly not pet-friendly and no pets are allowed.

A 1.21% surcharge is levied on all bank card payments.

Beautiful property, great access to local food and wine! Only issue is the bindi-eye that covers the backyard, but not an issue if you don’t use it. Brilliant house with top tier ammenities, would definitely stay here again.

The house was wonderful! It was even more spacious than the photos made it look and perfect for our group of 8 girls. We loved the outdoor entertaining areas, the huge bathrooms to get ready in for our day out at wineries and the outlook onto the golf course with plenty of kangaroos bouncing by.
