"The beach house was spacious. Rooms had lovely views of the street with the trees & bushes.Shower big. We did notice water in the fluorescent tube near the shower.We had windows open & fan on to air out. Plenty of utensils. Just no potato masher The cook top didn’t heat up as well. Good with microwave. Bring electric pan or airfryer. The stick vacuum doesn’t charge. I found another vacuum to clean the rooms. The sand in the carport has sand midges. Bogged when it was wet from rain . We left our shoes in the laundry. The drive way very steep. Maybe pavers near the top of driveway. Lovely to hear the kookaburra’s. Curlews & we saw a couple of kangaroos. Cylinder beach literally across the road past the newly renovated Stradbroke Hotel. Walks, fishing & Stunning Sunsets."
