• No smoking allowed.
• No pets allowed. Guests will be charged a $250 fee if traces of a pet are found on the property.

• Vehicle passes are required for each stay, available for purchase at the Locust Lake Village office.
• Enjoy complimentary access to the nearby lake, with additional wristbands available for purchase for larger groups.

• Community requires guests to pre-registration 3 days before arrival. $5/guest. There is a $35 late fee for failure to pre-register 72 hours before the arrival date. The link for pre-registration will be sent right after booking.

We had an ok stay and made the most of it. Location was nice and house looked nice but with closer look needs maintenance. A few things broken throughout like a step leading out of back door (not noticed until stepped on it and lost balance), knobs on cabinets and chairs. 6 people stayed as advertised but only 3 chairs at dining table. Very strong smell of mold or mildew in basement left it unable to use. Laundry was not able to be done because apparent appliance issue right before we arrived but was not disclosed. Host was receptive to complaints but would have been nice to know some of these things before arriving.

This home was beautiful, spacious, clean and had something for everyone. Very family friendly and plan to return next year with extended family. The game room/basement had something for guests of all ages. We especially enjoyed the karaoke set up. Our host Chuka was friendly and easy to communicate with and answered all our questions in a timely manner. I would recommend this home to all my family and friends Thank you for a wonderful Labor Day weekend getaway.

Fundamental and multiple problems

1. Broken kitchen fridge. We had to use a basement fridge which required going up and down flights of stairs multiple times a day. 2. Lack of dining chairs. The place sleeps 8 people, but Tthere were only 3 usable chairs (a 4th was visibly broken and unusable). We had to ask our daughter who drove up to join us to bring additional folding chairs.3. Liquid soap placed in the soap receptacle for the washing machine leaked directly onto the floor underneath the machine.4. Lack of light. No floor or table lamps in the living room. The one small overhead light attached to the ceiling fan burned out during our stay. 5. The master bedroom toilet was physically unstable--it rocked and wobbled. 6. The basement game room was unusable due to strong mustiness. There was a dehumidifier, but no receptacle for the hose, so no way to de-humidy the space.7. When we arrived, the place had not been cleaned, nor the sheets and towels changed. Chuka did respond quickly by ordering new towels to be delivered and generously paid for us to go to dinner while a crew came in and quickly cleaned. However, the cleaning crew neglected to refill the body wash, sugar, and coffee. It was, however, very inconvenient for us. We arrived with 2 carloads of food that we had to unload into the basement, and instead of resting we had to leave the place for the cleaning crew. 8. I requested a partial reimbursement from Chuka but he did not respond.

Pocono getaway

This house is adorable and had everything we needed! Communication was excellent with the owner. We were so close to everything we wanted to explore in the area and even got to experience the NASCAR race as it was in town for the weekend.

Perfect family getaway

We had such a wonderful stay here. Came with the family including 2 kids. There was so much space and so much to do on site. Outdoors, the kids loved the lake and beach area and inside the house, we had a pool table, foosball table and lots of games to play with. It was so easy to keep everyone entertained. The house was spotless, just like the pictures. Chuka was so nice and responded immediately to all our questions before coming. We didn’t have any questions while there, but he still checked in to follow up. This was such a great getaway for the family, we will definitely be back! The kids are already making plans for what to do when we come in the wintertime!

Great stay!

We had a great time overall! This is the second time my family has stayed at this property and we enjoyed ourselves to say the least. There is so much to do nearby but if you choose to stay indoors there is a lot to do as well. The home is provided with different means of entertainment like a pool table, foosball table, and plenty of games. The host, Chuka, was very kind and responsive to all of my questions. We were greeted with a welcome basket of wine, drinks and snacks, which we greatly appreciated. The house is spacious and super clean and accommodated my large family well. This will remain my go-to property to book for my Poconos stays.

Overall terrible ! Would have moved day one if could have. Nothing was as shown or advertised. Broken bed, broken pool sticks, darts, no way to play the shuffle board, fireplace didn’t work correctly , downstairs is not heated. Very few wash essentials and only 1 towel and wash cloth for 2 people . No garbage bags were left, no hand soap or dish soap in kitchen or downstairs bathroom. Coffee maker a special kind of pods you couldn’t find anywhere and weren’t available . Not close to anything. Look elsewhere !

Nice get away retreat

Came to the area for a bachelor party weekend. Lots to do in the area. The property is very clean. There were games and entertainment at the house. Host was very responsive to questions and feed back and would send the occasional check up to make sure everything was great. Would rent again.

Great holiday

Took a quick 4th of July trip to The Poconos and reserved this house. Its located in a quiet community with lakes, activities, golf carts and a convenient location to stores. There were some negatives such as the ac not working in living room (had a ceiling fan) during these warmer days and a couple of knobs on the furniture/closet that were broken and needed to be replaced. Still the house was very spacious and accommodated my family well. Game room in the basement was best. I would definitely return in the near future. Much thanks to Chuka, the property manager on making sure our stay went well!
