"Communication was great. Apartment easy to find from directions & entry was simple once i got my head around the key codes. Apartment was clean & well appointed. Little bit of wear & tear but nothing to detract from the comfort & location. Have already booked up for my next stay in one of their other apartments in the same block."

"I rarely write reviews, but the service at this hotel was exceptional and deserves recognition. An issue with the booking - not their fault at all - was swiftly and calmly dealt with by a lovely member of staff - unfortunately I didn’t get her name - but she went the extra mile to ensure that I wasn’t disappointed. And I wasn’t. The room was lovely, and spotlessly clean. Every other member of staff I met showed the same smiling, happy, can-do attitude. Nothing appeared to be too much trouble.
I highly recommend this hotel and really hope that I have an opportunity to stay there again in the future.

"The apartment was absolutely stunning. Beautifully furnished & so much natural light from the huge windows. The sea view was beautiful & looking out over Drake island & Plymouth sound was amazing.
Parking was available right outside at £10 a night but we could go out in the car & know we had parking when we got back. The Barbican is walking distance or a quick uber ride away & there are plenty of restaurants & bars. We unfortunately didn’t receive an email re the checking in process which was frustrating but once we made contact with the manager we got it sorted. That is the only aspect of the stay that wasn’t 5* - but it was sorted. We would definitely stay again. "
