The living space is generous and light-filled, anchored by a bold orange feature wall, an ornate crystal and bead chandelier overhead, and warm wood-effect flooring that runs throughout. The space has been put together with genuine care — comfortable seating, colourful accents, framed artwork, and a relaxed atmosphere that makes it easy to feel at home from the very first evening.

    Whether you are returning from a day out on the waterfront, planning your next adventure over a meal at the dining table, or simply settling in to watch TV after a busy day exploring the city, the flat provides everything you need to unwind and recharge.

    The Layout
    The flat occupies the entire ground floor and offers exclusive use of all rooms for the duration of your stay. There are no shared hallways or communal areas to navigate. Access is via a private entrance using a lockbox at the front door, giving you complete flexibility to arrive and depart at a time that suits you.

    Living room
    The living room is a generous, light-filled space with bold, warm décor and wood-effect flooring. It is furnished with a comfortable grey sofa dressed with orange cushions, a blue velvet armchair, and a central coffee table. Plymouth`s most-loved destinations are all within comfortable walking distance, and the area itself has a good selection of local pubs, takeaways, and independent eateries right on the doorstep.

    Plymouth Hoe — the city`s iconic seafront promenade — is just a ten-minute walk away. Here you can enjoy sweeping views across Plymouth Sound, visit the historic Smeaton`s Tower lighthouse, or simply take in the open green space along the water`s edge. Royal William Yard, a beautifully restored Georgian naval victualling yard now home to a wonderful selection of restaurants, bars, and independent businesses, is approximately fifteen minutes on foot and well worth a visit.

    The Barbican, Plymouth`s characterful old quarter, is around twenty minutes` walk. Its cobbled streets are lined with independent restaurants, cafés, art galleries, and bars, and it is also home to the historic Mayflower Steps and the National Marine Aquarium — a full afternoon`s worth of exploring in its own right.     Booking Policy
    Full payment is due 30 days before arrival and will be automatically charged to the card on file. If payment fails, it must be completed within 24 hours or the booking will be cancelled. Early payment is allowed; card fees up to 3 percent are non-refundable if cancelled.

    Guests are not required to pay a damage deposit in advance. However, we reserve the right to charge up to two hundred pounds per stay to the card on file in the event of any damage.

    Cancellation Policy
    Full refund if cancelled 30 or more days before arrival. Fifty percent refund if cancelled fourteen to thirty days before arrival. No refund if cancelled within fourteen days of arrival.
