"All the staff we helpful and friendly.I had been worried about parking but they have an underground carpark,£9 for 24hours.The room was clean and a nice touch having fudge,biscuits as well as cold drinks in the fridge.We did have a club room which included free breakfast.Which was very nice.I would be happy to stay at the Copthorne again👍"
