「The flat itself was very good. A great location, big and airy, a bit shabby chic but nice. The service from the local agent (PlumLocations) was terrible. We confirmed availability of, booked, and paid in advance for a late check-out but they unilaterally cancelled at short notice, without offering any mitigation such as somewhere to store our suitcases and hence leaving us nursing bulky suitcases for a couple of hours. Pretty shabby customer service.」

「The apartment is in a beautiful location in a stunning building. The tv reception is poor and the company need to buy another wine glass ie only one glass available Ensure you let the company know you have parked no matter what time at night because if you dont you will get a parking ticket despite paying for one Overall we had a lovely stay and would stay again」

「Property and location was first class. However as no layout of the property was included it could have been a problem with the toilet being down a steep staircase for a couple with mobility issues. I think the layout should be included. As at the time of our visit I had a knee problem and would have booked a ground floor apartment if I had known the layout of the apartment I had booked 」

「Was easy to communicate with the host and they were also really quick at responding. The apartment was clean and there was everything you could have needed there. 」
