In front of the hotel, there are several buildings that are falling apart, which makes the view from the windows quite unpleasant. Looking at Google maps, I mistakenly thought access was on the main road. Hristo, the owner, had registered my car details so I was waved through the barrier with no problem. I arrived 15 minutes after the receptionist was supposed to leave but she waited for me. They've gone to a lot of effort to reflect the character of the old...
