「Stained, dirty cushions on the outdoor furniture made it difficult to feel comfortable sitting down on them. My room had a window facing i-25 so the noise at night made it tough to fall asleep. The coffee maker in the room was missing the filter basket so i was unable to make a cup of coffee. Often found the Starbucks in the lobby unattended with no way to place an order.」
