"Lovely food, quite beautiful hotel, staff more than okay. We had all inclusive for a week and i genuinely recommend this to anyone. Not much to do around it apart from going to beaches, but such is the landscape of the island. For relaxing, soaking in the sun it's more than perfect."

"This hotel is nice but definitely a work in progress. The staff are friendly but very limited as at times there were empty bottles and glasses left on the side for hours waiting to be collected.
At the time of our visited the gym and sauna were under construction.
In my opinion the safety railings should be much higher than where they currently are at waist level"
"Myself and partner had a wonderful stay and can't really complain about anything, the rooms are basic but spacious (bedroom, living room and bathroom) clean with a well maintained. The food choice was excellent, fresh and with plenty of variety. The hotel is just a short walk to the beach, and plenty of shops bars and restaurants.. although Costa Calma is more on the quite side, there are still plenty of activities around to do and see. "
"First class property with first class facilities representing excellent value for money on AI basis. The dining and cleaning staff were so friendly and helpful. Only downside was the aloof attitude of the reception staff on arrival and departure who were not even interested enough to ask if we enjoyed our stay. No vegetarian option at all on 2nd night so we had to eat pasta and tomato sauce
Laura was the only saviour as she put on a yoga class and tried to enthuse the small number of guests.
The hotel is very remote so little to do locally so it needs to urgently review many aspects of its service or it will undoubtedly fail
