For safety purposes, there is a camera in the main door and on the rooftop (where is the pool).
Update as of 06/25/24: We are in the rainy season, as we have been through a strong tropical storm. Due to this, Playacar has some flooded areas with a sewage smell. Although this is outside and does not affect the interior of the property, it is important that you know that we cannot do anything about it, other than wait for this to subside and for the authorities to help resolve it as soon as possible.
Guest Access:
The place is within an exclusive complex. Please keep in mind that the administration requests the IDs' of all the guests in advance to create your access. If you make a reservation, we must have this information at least 2 days before your arrival. Please avoid inconveniences and delays with your access by sending us this as soon as you book.
The Neighborhood:
One of the best highlights of our apartment is its incredible location, just one block away from the pristine beach. Imagine leisurely strolls along the golden sands, taking in breathtaking views of the turquoise Caribbean Sea. You'll have easy access to the beach anytime you desire.
Furthermore, Playacar offers a host of attractions and amenities, including golf courses, shopping centers, and a variety of dining options. Downtown Playa del Carmen, with its vibrant nightlife and bustling Fifth Avenue, is also within reach, allowing you to explore the local culture and entertainment scene.
Getting Around:
The best way to move in Playacar is renting a car but you can always get a taxi.
Other Things to Note:
Once the reservation is made the number of guests or days cannot be reduced.
Check-in starts at 5 PM and check-out should be before 11 AM. If you need to check in early, please let us known and we will try depending upon availability.
Final cleaning is included in rental price but if you wish to have full housekeeping during your stay, it can be provided for an additional charge of $1800 pesos per day.
If you need extra towels, pillows or blankets don't hesitate to ask.
Laundry service upon request with an extra fee depending on the amount. Please ask with 24 hours in advance.
Beds in 3 bedrooms can be set as a king or 2 twins, please let us know your preference in advance.
We provide one towel per person per stay, most of our apartments have washing and drying machines or are located close to a laundry.
Interaction with Guests:
Security Deposit
For reservations made outside of Airbnb, Vrbo, or our website, we require a valid credit card to hold the security deposit. This hold is not a charge and is automatically released upon checkout, provided no damage or violations occur during the stay.
The process is secure and is carried out through a specialized platform to protect your data. We will send you instructions once your reservation is confirmed.
