In the living area, you will find an L-shaped sofa that can accommodate two additional guests when pushed together, along with a fully equipped kitchen perfect for preparing meals at home.

Upstairs, your private rooftop terrace provides a dedicated space to relax and a mini pool to cool off (please note this pool is not heated and does not have jets).

In addition to your private space, guests enjoy access to the building's premium amenities, including a shared rooftop pool with ocean views, two common-area jacuzzis (heated on request), 24-hour security, front desk service, and a paid laundry room. From this location, everything you need is within walking distance. If you do you have a car, you can use the underground parking.

Taxi's are also easy to get from this central location by walking one block to the main street.
