The staff are genuinely friendly and always smiling. Eduardo the reserve concierge went above and beyond our expectations and he made our short stay extra special. My wife and I will definitely go back to the reserve at La Perla. The restaurants were delicious and booking was completed prior to our arrival which was helpful. The room was cozy and the swim out was magnificent. Book It!!

Es un hotel muy bonito y cuidado. Excelente atención por parte de todo su equipo. Una pena que la playa tenga tanto sargazo, es el unico inconveniente que el hotel tiene resuelto con bellas piscinas, SPA !! Nos encanto a mi esposo y a mi!

Our concierge, Eduardo, was amazing! He went over and beyond to make our stay exceptional. Everyone at La Perla was friendly and we had a wonderful time. The food was excellent too.

El personal muy preocupado y amable, la calidad de las bebidas algo probre, lo mismo que el surtido del frigobar de la habitación. Poco conocimiento de las activdades por parte de algunas de las personas a cargo y falta de instalaciones deportivas fuera de la piscina (tenis). La calidad de las camas pobre, no así la ropa de cama.

We loved this resort, beautiful rooms and great food. Staff is above any I have experienced. Only issue was that our outdoor hot tub didn’t work. They did come to work on it, but I was unable to use it for two days .

I thought overall This property was beautiful. I felt the food could have been more accessible. Didn’t fully feel like there was food at your command… music by the pull could also be better
