The Space:
This comfortably furnished and stylishly decorated condo is located in an unbeatable location in downtown Playa del Carmen near Coco Beach and lots of cool beach clubs. This end of town is a bit less busy yet still has easy access to lots of fun activities in town. You’ll be only 1 block from the most beautiful streets in downtown - Calle (street) 38th! Be sure to check out this stretch between 5th Ave and the beach, as it has some of the best restaurants in PDC and a magical vibe, day or night. And, with a fully-equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, reliable Wi-Fi, laptop-friendly workspaces, makes it ideal for long-term stays.

The main spaces of this 1,200 sq ft, 2nd-floor condo:

- Spacious and luminous open-floor concept that encompasses the living, dining, and kitchen areas beautifully. This area features floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors that open up to the private balcony. The comfortable furnishings and array of colors create a relaxing tropical vibe.

- The living room area features a plush sofa, 2 armchairs, and a cushioned ottoman where you can kick up your feet and unwind at the end of a fun day!

- The dining area features a beautiful wood dining table set for 6 guests to enjoy a sit-down meal in the comfort of home. Also makes a great laptop workspace if needed.

- The fully-equipped kitchen is outfitted with quality appliances and everything you need to create any meal of the day. You also have a coffee maker for those morning perk-ups and a blender for afternoon adult beverages or smoothies.

- 2 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms to accommodate up to 4 guests as such:

BEDROOM 1: 1 King bed - office desk and chair creating a laptop-friendly workspace
BEDROOM 2: 2 Individual beds

- A spacious private balcony with lots of outdoor seating and a charcoal BBQ with grilling utensils.

- A washer and dryer for your convenience.

- 1 free designated parking spot.

On top of all this, the condo complex features a beautiful pool on the 4th-floor rooftop with sun loungers and dining tables to have a relaxing pool day. You’ll also be just a few blocks away from many of the cool beach clubs like Mandarinos, Martina, and Encanto to spend the day having fun in the sun with music and good vibes.

Plus, there are also so many different things to see and do around Playa del Carmen -- everything from downtown shopping, water sports like snorkeling, scuba, paddle boarding, and boating, eco-parks with underground rivers and cave systems, ancient Mayan ruins, cenotes (natural sinkholes unique to this area!), private boat/yacht and fishing tours, golfing, day trips to Cancun or Tulum and so much more! There’s something for everyone!

Guest Access:
This property is self-check-in via a code on the lockbox to access the keys. We’ll provide the code and full instructions to you at least 24 hours before arrival.

The Neighborhood:
The condo is located in a great spot in Playa del Carmen that’s near all the action yet in an area that is a bit more peaceful than other parts of downtown. You’ll have everything you could want or need just a stone’s throw away and a walk from some of the best beach clubs in Playa – Martina Beach Club, Mandarino, and Encanto. Another popular spot is Mamitas Beach Club which is only about a 15-minute walk south down the beach. The condo is only 2 blocks from the north end of 5th Avenue, where you’ll find fantastic shops, restaurants, cafes, bars, and nightlife.

Getting Around:
The condo is about 57 km | 35 miles from the Cancun International Airport (CUN).
It’s best if you pre-arrange transportation for your group from the airport as taxis can be quite expensive. You can arrange private transport, rent a car, or take the ADO, which is a large comfortable bus and is much more economical. If arriving by car, you have one free designated parking spot. If you park on the street in downtown Playa, be aware of the paid parking meters that are in effect from Monday to Sunday, 10 am to 10 pm. You’ll have to look for the parking post to pay the meter and display your receipt on your car’s dashboard.

For any sightseeing or activity further away, you can easily rent a bike, take a taxi, or go by ‘colectivo’ (shared-ride vans) where you need to go.

The condo is located on the 2nd floor. Guests will need to climb stairs to the condo and the rooftop pool on the 4th floor.

We provide a few basic essentials when you arrive, like soap and toilet paper. Just please note that these are not replenished during your stay.

Long-term stays are available. There are laptop-friendly workspaces and WiFi, so it’s ideal for the remote worker.

For short-term stays, electricity is included. However, for stays of 28 days or more, guests will be required to pay an electricity fee of $167 USD per month.

For stays of 28 nights or more the guest must pay 2 cleaning services per month at a cost of $40 USD per cleaning.

The condo is kid-friendly. If you need a crib, etc., please contact us.

Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.

A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.

HOUSE RULES
- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- No smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) is allowed inside the unit. The use of any recreational drugs on the property is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.
- No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited and excessive noise will not be tolerated. No loud music is allowed after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.
- No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning expenses if such is needed after their stay.
- Renters will be required to provide a government ID during check-in or during their stay.
- Please avoid moving furniture.
- Pets are not allowed.
- We ask that you please use the safe box for all your valuables. We will not be held responsible for any loss or theft.

Excellent apartment. Excellent host.

This is the most well-equipped apartment we've ever stayed in. The beds were comfortable. We didn't use the outside spaces due to the humidity but they were lovely.We had an issue with one of the toilets during our stay but this was resolved by the host within an hour of us notifying them. I can't get a plumber that quickly at home :)Our only recommendation is maybe a darker curtain for the main bedroom as there's a street light across the road.Location is close enough to Avenue 5 to be walkable but not so close that you can hear much noise - and only a mile or so from the ferry terminal.Playa del Carmen itself wasn't really our cup of tea, but this apartment was truly excellent.

This place is large with 2.5 baths, 2 bedrooms, large living space, with wrap around open air covered porch. The managing group responded to minor issues even late in the night. Location is perfect with being 2-3 blocks to the beach and 1-2 blocks to 5th Ave. there’s lots to do and see. The condo is gated and has a friendly guard who helped us find the condo and parking space as we arrived late. Totally safe neighborhood. My daughter and I (female) felt comfortable walking 5th Ave alone late while exploring. And there’s a free parking spot and rooftop pool! Which is usually vacant. What’s not to love! Had a great Vacation!

Great location & nice condo

Condo was at it appears in photos - located on the 2nd floor with an outlook across the street to trees with many birds Corner unit with wrap-around balcony, nice sized kitchen with gas stove, comfortable furniture & beds, and nice decor. 24 hr security at gate made us feel very safe and there's parking if you need it. Roof top pool is on the small side, but was still nice. Downsides - obvious that this is not a unit usually rented as there was still owner's clothing in a closet and the kitchen had a lot of stuff in it - needed thinning out and some updating or just organizing it better for a rental. Unfortunately the WiFi/internet went out part way through out stay and was unable to be fixed. The property manager was excellent though - trying to get it fixed and ulitmately moving us (at our request) to a different property after 7 days with no WiFi. (needed for TV and internet) Very impressed with the property management company and their responsiveness.

Great Choice

We enjoyed our stay at this property because it felt like a home in many ways: comfort, air flow, size, great uncrowed pool, friendly neighbors and security guards. Location was perfect to the Beach, 5th and the new Chedraui grocery store. We also enjoyed the view from the deck towards the greenery. We appreciated how responsive the property manager team was just to make sure we were enjoying our stay. So nice that everything worked i.e, A/C, WIFI, TV, Kitchen and comfortable beds..., Thank you! We will stay again.
