Perfect for families or couples this fully equipped, beautifully decorated condo is waiting for you.
Immerse yourself in a full Mexican experience and enjoy the local markets, shops and restaurants just steps away. Relax on the rooftop or in the pool or maybe grab a work out in the well equipped gym.
The building is safe & well maintained with management living on site to make sure your stay is perfect in every way.

Building name - Playa Alta
Located at the corner of Calle 66 & Ave 15.
Management is on sight and speaks English, French & Spanish.
Building is 4 floors and has 8 units.
Rooftop features a full bathroom with shower, large area for relaxing, eating & tanning.
There is also a pool for cooling down. We also have a complete gym on the rooftop which includes a treadmill, free weights, bench and a Universal Gym Machine.
From the roof you have a full 360 degree view of Playa Del Carmen and the ocean. You can see the sun rise and set from the rooftop.
