"There are many places to stay near Plitvice Lakes but we're glad we chose Lake House Plitvice. The rooms were simple, very clean, and comfortable. "If you are looking for a traditional and lovingly furnished domicile a little off the beaten tourist track, this is the place for you. The house is fully furnished including a very nice large awning in the front report, which can provide a lot of shade. The beds are great and everything is very clean. In the evening it is very quiet and if sometimes a dog barks or several howl, it adds to the atmosphere and is by no means a nuisance. The dog in the neighborhood is not aggressive at all, at least...

"Das war mal Urlaub! Wir haben als Familie eine Unterkunft im Landesinneren gesucht um mehrere Orte an der Küste Kroatiens anfahren und anschauen zu können. Ebenso wollten wir die Plitvicer Seen besuchen. Gefunden haben wir einen wunderschönen Rückzugsort in dem wir zwischen unseren Ausflügen herrlich entspannen konnten. We have been left outside without any solution or alternative, at 7p.m. We have been assured we’re going to get our payment back. Today, it has been five days waiting. "We had the absolute best stay! The service was above and beyond, so friendly and helpful. Ozi was sweet and funny, and the manager gave us fabulous tips for the park. Breakfast was amazing with tons of options, including gluten free. Dinner had several flexible options and both dinners we had were fantastic. The rooms were immaculate, bathroom spacious, and the beds firm and comfortable (amazing pillows!) We highly recommend this adorable, accommodating, well-appointed B&B. Side note: it’s a bit off the beaten path in a good way; you will feel like you’re driving into a farm/residential area, but don’t be scared. It’s totally worth it. Keep going! There will be a sign at property entrance. Google directions are trustworthy, even when you think they’re not 😁And a very relaxing atmosphere after a day full of crowds, crowds, crowds at the park. Thank you, Plitvice Cottages, for a wonderful stay! "
