After verification, for the coffee, actually we did an exception for the first coffee you ordered during the day we indeed give you a double shot free of charge and it has been clearly explained that next time you order a double shot, it will be charged.As for the room we always encourage our guest to inform the Manager on Duty for any issue encountered as we did not received any complained during your stay.
